In my experience, the ViewSonic monitor works fine overall, so I don’t really have any major complaints about how it performs. That said, the build quality feels a bit cheaper than I was expecting. The stand doesn’t feel especially solid, and some of the plastic has a little flex to it. For the price, it’s not a bad purchase, but personally I was hoping it would feel a bit sturdier.

I expected this to turn into a frustrating back-and-forth, because that’s usually how support issues go. But they actually replied fast and got my problem fixed the same day. I’m still a little annoyed it happened in the first place, but at least they handled it quickly.

Picked up this ViewSonic monitor last year and it’s been really dependable so far. Haven’t had any dead pixels or weird flickering, which is always a relief. Stand is basic, but the screen works every day without giving me trouble. Would buy it again.

There are five bottons on rthe monitor for monitor bright and contrast etc. adjustment. However, it is a very confusion of each bottom's function. It is very difficult to make any monitor function adjustment. Very poorly designed equipment.

I picked up a ViewSonic monitor recently the picture quality has been really nice. The colors look clean and clear, and it’s sharp enough for both work stuff and watching movies. I barely had to change any settings, which was a relief. I did check in with support about a small setup question and they basically said, “just use the default picture mode unless you want to fine-tune it,” and that ended up being right. Happy with it so far.

The picture actually looks really good, especially the colors and sharpness, but after about an hour the screen starts flickering. It’s not constant at first, just this tiny little blink every few seconds, but once you notice it, you can’t unsee it. I kept checking the cable, the outlet, even the brightness setting, but it still happened. Frustrating because everything else seems fine

The return process was smooth, and the replacement showed up faster than I expected. I was glad it got handled without much hassle, though it was still a bit frustrating having to do a swap in the first place

It felt way too expensive for what it was. The timing made it even more frustrating because I really needed it to work out then, and it just didn’t feel worth the money at all.

The screen itself is good. No real complaints there. But the software? Kind of a mess. The viewsonic app feels clunky, and sometimes it just won’t find the device unless I restart everything. Annoying.
The firmware update was even worse. Froze on me once, then after it finally went through, a bunch of settings had reset. The support pages didn’t help much either. Not unusable. Just way more hassle than it should be.

I bought a ViewSonic monitor mostly for photo editing, i’ve been happy with it so far. The colors looked good right out of the box, and I didn’t have to spend much time adjusting anything besides turning the brightness down a little.

Skin tones and reds look much more natural than they did on my old monitor, which was a big relief. My prints are also coming out closer to what I’m seeing on the screen, so for what I needed, it’s been a really solid experience.

I picked up this ViewSonic projector thinking it would be a solid middle-ground option, but the brightness just hasn’t been enough for my setup. During the day, or even with a small lamp on, the image gets washed out. It does look okay in a fully dark room, so it’s not completely unusable, but that kind of defeats the purpose for me. I was hoping for something more flexible for casual movie nights without having to turn the room into a cave every time. For the price, I expected a bit more, and it reminded me that “good enough” specs on paper don’t always match real-life use

I did manage to get through checkout in the end, but the whole experience felt less smooth than I expected from a brand like ViewSonic. The site could definitely use a simpler layout.
